The BioBlue BB.4240-P-DLED is the polarising version of the Euromex BioBlue educational series, designed for getting started with the study of specimens under polarised light without compromising on optical quality. It combines a 360° rotating polariser and a slide-in analyser with a round rotating stage with vernier and semi-plan objectives from 4x to 60x. Its 1 W dual-colour LED illumination runs on mains power or rechargeable AA batteries, and the paint includes an antibacterial protective coating.
